Role Overview:
We’re looking for a talented Graphic Designer to elevate our creative output across our full product portfolio, which includes our well-known cosmetics, tanning, and lash lines. This is a six-month fixed-term contract with the potential to become a permanent role.
This is a key position within our creative team, where you will set visual standards, ensure brand consistency, and deliver bold, trend-driven design solutions that captivate and connect with our audience. Reporting to the Design Team Lead, you’ll work closely with Marketing, Buying, and Sales, taking creative ownership of high-impact campaigns and key projects. You will also play a mentorship role for junior designers and help shape the visual direction of our fast-paced, fast-growing beauty brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of the creation and execution of high-quality digital and print assets across all brand touchpoints (e.g., social graphics, web banners, paid ads, newsletters, event branding, packaging, in-store POS, and press boxes).
- Concept and execute product launch campaigns in collaboration with marketing, ensuring strong storytelling and brand alignment.
- Translate creative strategy into strong visual concepts and oversee their execution through to final delivery.
- Collaborate with the NPD team to design innovative packaging solutions and 3D mockups for future product development.
- Stay ahead of industry, packaging, and digital design trends, bringing fresh, relevant inspiration to the team.
- Create and present mood boards, creative concepts, and campaign directions.
- Support and mentor junior designers, providing feedback and guidance as needed.
- Assist the sales team by designing brand decks, retailer presentations, and visual sales assets.
- Support the design and development of impactful FSDUs and CDUs to elevate in-store brand presence.
Key Skills and Experience:
- 4+ years of experience in a graphic design role, ideally within the beauty, fashion, or lifestyle sectors.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro) and Canva. Motion/animation skills are a bonus.
- Experience with packaging design is a plus, including creating print-ready files and working with production suppliers.
- Strong experience designing for digital marketing, including email campaigns (Klaviyo preferred).
- A keen eye for detail, creative excellence, and a deep understanding of visual storytelling.
- Strong time and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Confident communicator with the ability to present and defend ideas clearly to both creative and non-creative stakeholders.
- Commercial awareness and the ability to create work that balances brand vision with performance and marketing goals.
- A passion for beauty, skincare, and/or wellness is a major plus.
